If you don’t have a high school diploma, visit www.GED.com for information and to register for the current GED® test.

  • The 2014 Series GED® test is available only on computer; test scores from prior test series cannot be combined with 2014 scores.
  • The 2014 GED modules can only be taken at approved Testing Centers; there are currently 17 Testing Centers throughout Maryland. See the Test Center Locator.
  • There are four modules of the 2014 test: Reasoning through Language Arts, Science, Social Studies, and Mathematics.
  • Maryland subsidizes the cost of GED® testing. Tests cost $11.25 per module, $45.00 for the entire battery of tests. Retesting two times per module is free.
